飞鹅村隶属广东省广州市从化区太平镇，为镇辖行政村，村委会设在镇域东部。[1] 全村面积约5平方千米，下设22个经济社，村委会介绍的人口为3780人、农户750户（该介绍未注明年份）。村委会距从化城区约24公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村周围的山岭连在一起，形似一只飞鹅，村因此得名。[1]

据博雅地名网，1951年建政时定名为飞鹅乡，到1958年″公社化″建立飞鹅大队，到1983年12月称为飞鹅乡，到1987年1月改名飞鹅村民委员会，此名沿用到现在。[1]

村里栽种荔枝、龙眼，水田里种水稻和花生。村集体曾引进禾兴、顺发两家采石场来增加收入。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

飞鹅岭钟轼墓在飞鹅岭上，2002年7月列入第六批广州市文物保护单位名单，原先并在「宋防御使钟公祠」名下，现已分开列出。[1] 博雅地名网把它的年代记作北宋，维基百科转录的名单则记作清代，两者不同。[1][2]

从化区人民政府于2015年发布的历史建筑与传统风貌建筑推荐线索名单中，列有本村的南向村钟氏宗祠、松柏里民居群，共2处。名单所列只是普查线索，不等于已定级的文物。[3]
