光联村是广州市从化区城郊街道东部的行政村，南面有大广高速经过，属半丘陵地带。[1][2]土地面积670公顷，分设10个经济社，2017年底户籍人口1736人。[2]
村名的来历：光联大队原是光辉乡的一部分，由几个大队合并而成，故取「光联」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这一带在1958年分为和顺、罗埔两个大队，1960年并为一个，称光联大队；1983年12月改为光联乡，1987年1月设光联村民委员会。官方简介称村形成于清代。[1][2]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村以传统农业为主，种水稻和瓜果蔬菜，近年重点发展大棚蔬菜和花卉。[2]2019年10月，光联村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
