历史沿革[edit]
矮岭旧属龙潭乡。1960年建大队时，因辖下白坭塘村较大而称联塘大队，1981年7月为避重名改叫矮岭大队；1983年12月归入大光乡，1987年1月分出，成为矮岭村村民委员会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村内主要种龙眼、丝瓜、水稻，水塘绿地较多，北部有一处采石场。[2]2020年8月，矮岭村以无花果入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村；2023年8月获「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」称号；2024年3月又被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
