麻三村是广州市从化区城郊街道东北部的行政村，离从化城区约6.5公里，距温泉风景区约2.5公里，从化4路公交南北穿过。[1]土地面积533.54公顷，分设8个经济社，2017年底户籍人口1263人。[2]
麻三村属麻村，官方村庄简介称村建于宋末或明初。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
麻村按土改划分的行政村设大队，该村为第三村，故叫麻三大队；1983年12月三个大队合为麻村乡，1987年1月分开，麻三设村民委员会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村内耕地约1200亩，主要种水稻和果树，另有小型养猪场。[1][2]2019年9月，麻三村进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2023年5月获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
