三将军村是广州市从化区城郊街道西南部的行政村，坐落在风云岭脚下、流溪河畔，距从化城区约8公里。[1]土地面积291.79公顷，分设7个经济社，2017年底户籍人口985人。[2]

官方村庄简介称村建于清代，距今200多年，至今仍保留农历新年放炮的习俗。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

三将军大队建于1958年，1983年12月曾与新开大队同组新联乡，1987年1月各自设村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村民靠水稻、瓜菜和家禽养殖维生，已有兰花种植户落户；村里还引进花卉企业，开辟了80多亩兰花基地。[2][1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，三将军村获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号；2023年4月，列入广东省乡村治理示范村的创建单位；2024年1月，被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
