历史沿革[edit]
村民相传公元1378年成立石湖山村，1944年改名茶山村，1987年设茶山村委会，后又改回石湖山。[1]
经济[edit]
村内有二十多家企业，以铸造和汽车配件生产为主，农业则种植水稻、蔬菜、花卉并养鱼。2023年5月获2022年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
著名人物[edit]
汤廷光出自该村，是清末民初的海军将领，1924年兼任修志局长参与编修《花县志》；村中有汤廷光祖祠，正月十五有游灯习俗。[2]
