骆村村委会位于炭步镇西南部、华岭山脚下，西隔一河与三水区相望，面积约6.2平方千米，下辖9个村民小组。^[1]村民姓骆，相传是唐代诗人骆宾王的后人，从浙江义乌辗转迁粤。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

骆氏始祖骆道德自浙江金华府迁入广东，据村中说法已有六百多年。迁粤路线是先居番禺，再到南海乌石岗，后迁至此；原有黄、钱、龙三姓后来先后迁走，只剩骆姓。^[1]

骆村辣椒是村里有特色的农产品，另种植水稻、香芋、蔬菜、花卉并养鱼，工业有五金加工和铝材制品。2020年8月，骆村入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（花卉）。^[1]

搜狐号文章称骆村是花县骆氏较早的聚居地，村民还种植霸王花。^[2]
