五星村是广州市花都区花山镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西部，面积约3.5平方千米，分15个村民小组。[1] 村名取自五星红旗，寓意红旗飘扬各地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

华安、沙龙两个大队于1960年合并，称华安；1967年起叫五星大队，1977年改称乡，后来撤乡改村，名字一直不变。1983年队制取消，设五星乡；村民委员会设于1987年1月，起初归花山区公所，3月转归花山镇。[1]

经济[edit]

2009年末，村里有2816多人。村距市区约13公里，离花山镇区约6公里，只有一条过境公路，当时以种蔬菜为主，是镇上较落后的村之一。[1] 2022年10月，五星村被广东省农业农村厅认定为「2022年广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，品类为蓝莓。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，五星村获「2020年度“广州名村”」称号；2023年5月，又获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
