历史沿革[edit]
村子南宋时已建，旧称锦溪村；后来曾姓人家迁来，在锦溪村西边定居，村名便改为曾边。曾边村民委员会成立于1987年。[1]
2017年4月，曾边村全村被划入广州国际创新城一期的A地块，思科（广州）智慧城在此开工，村庄分步拆迁。[3]
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，村里有中小型企业二十多家，全村耕地1378亩，1411人务农；经济总收入合计2693万元，工业占572万元，农业占924万元。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
据百度百科，辖区现存5处文物保护单位，包括曾氏宗祠、观生曾公祠，村里还建有孝道文化长廊和锦溪苑文化广场。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，曾边村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2023年4月进入2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建名单；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
