重岗村在广州市黄埔区九佛街道西南部，面积约2.75平方千米，建村时四周山岗重叠，故名。[1] 2014年列入广州市传统村落名单。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年属莲塘乡，1958年并入洋埔大队，1973年起单独设重岗大队，1984年设重岗乡，1987年2月成立白云区九佛镇重岗村委会，2019年起属九佛街道。[1] 莲塘、重岗、燕塘、山龙等村的村民多为陈氏后裔。[3]
