凤凰社区是广州市天河区凤凰街道下辖的社区，在街道的北部，因辖区靠近凤凰山而得名。社区占地约6平方千米，东面以凤凰山同柯木塱社区分界，西到渔兴路与渔沙坦社区相接，南到华美路，北面是龙洞街道。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此前的沙河镇设有柯木塱内外、渔沙坦内外四个居委会。凤凰社区的前身是渔沙坦外居委会，辖区大半是凤凰农工商所管理的职工宿舍；2003年9月定名为凤凰社区居委会，辖区重新划定，沿用至今。[1]

人口与单位[edit]

社区分为7个居民小组：蓝屋、廖屋、张屋、大坝、楼角、梁屋、李屋，博雅地名网记的数字是：1113户居民，常住4560人，外来暂住3180人，没有注明年份。[1] 辖区内有三所高校：广东工程职业技术学院、广州医学院和私立华联学院；中小学有三所，即渔沙坦小学、大华中英文学校和龙梅小学；还有凤凰公司、二天堂制药厂等单位。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，凤凰社区被广州市住房和城乡建设局确定为绿色社区；2024年11月，被认定为广州市充分就业社区（村）；2026年1月，又列入2025年广州市高质量充分就业的街镇社区（村）名单。[1]
