东安村位于溪南镇东南部，东面临东吾洋，西面接官井洋，地处孤岛，距镇区约10千米。村名以东安岛而得名。[1]

1958年设东安生产大队，1984年改为东安村，并选举产生村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将东安村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
