东安村是阳东区新洲镇下辖的行政村[1]。
1957年设东安乡，隶属大沟人民公社。1959年划入新洲公社，1979年2月改称东安乡社，同年10月起改属三山公社。1983年改设乡政府，1987年撤乡设管理区，1999年设立村委会，2003年随三山镇并入新洲镇[1]。
