龙安村位于漳墩镇东部，原名龙湾，是建阳市的老区村之一。[1]全村以烟叶、竹木、茶叶等产业为主要收入来源。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名原作龙湾。相传乾隆皇帝曾到过龙湾，此后平安返回，村名遂改为「龙安」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原为建瓯府水吉县樟墩乡的龙安保，后属漳墩乡。1958年设龙安大队，1984年改设龙安村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域总面积1.55万亩，其中耕地0.15万亩，山地1.4万亩；山地中有毛竹林320亩，茶园1300亩，锥栗200亩。[1]
