横坑村是福建省南平市延平区巨口乡的行政村，位于闽北山区，与古田县交界，距乡政府约25公里，海拔480米。[1][2]村中设有侨联党支部，依托乡里的侨情馆开展侨务工作。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由地形而来：“横”指方向，“坑”指山间沟谷。[1]明初（1368年）此地归余庆西里管辖，1657年（清顺治十四年）改入余东里。[1]

1934年起属南平县第三区余庆乡，1941年称横坑保，1950年属第三区，1954年划归田溪乡。[1]

1958年并入红旗（樟湖）人民公社；1963年划入巨口公社，1984年改为横坑村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村辖横坑与埔尾两个自然村。[2]

文化[edit]

近年来，巨口乡依托侨情馆、侨心书苑设立了横坑村侨联（兼和型）党支部，并争创“五好侨胞之家”。[3]

2021年6月，横坑村列入福建省第四批省级传统村落名单。[1]
