文边村是广东省江门市鹤山市沙坪街道下辖的行政村，紧邻市区中心，户籍人口771人、215户，含大村、横坑2条自然村，面积0.4752平方公里。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，南宋咸淳二年（1266年），黎姓人家从东莞迁来立村，起初叫黎边；后来惠州的文姓人家在黎家屋旁建房，村名随姓氏改为「文屋边」，简称「文边」。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
村实行一级经济；拥有商铺10300平方米和自留用地30亩。[1] 村名列「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单（2023年4月公布）；2026年1月又获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
