坑头村是福建省漳州市南靖县船场镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东北部，在八仙围棋山下，距镇区约8公里。村中分布6个自然村。[1][2]

地理与人口[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，全村有548人，分为8个村民小组，耕地753亩，森林6742亩。[2]

地名由来[edit]

「坑」指山坳中泉眼众多之处；「头」指村后山形如官帽。村名由此而来。[1]

产业与物产[edit]

村中出产野生药材与野生金线莲，盛产大庄毛竹、麻竹与竹笋，也养土鸡与山泉鸭。2004年，有台商在八仙围棋山创办无公害乌龙茶茶场。[2]

名胜[edit]

八仙围棋山一带岩洞幽深，有特大风动石。村中金石庙所供的「西天佛」在南靖颇有名气，每日前来朝拜与游览的人较多。[2]

沿革[edit]

1958年公社化时为坑头大队，1984年改称坑头村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2017年8月，坑头村位列福建省第二批省级传统村落名录；2019年6月，被列入第五批中国传统村落名录。[1]
