上塘村是福建省泉州市惠安县张坂镇下辖的行政村，属镇乡结合区，以雕艺产业闻名的村子。[1]

村名与一口古池塘有关：村中原有泉水汇成的大池塘，人们称之为象塘，后因“象”与“上”读音相近而改称上塘。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明、清时期，此地属惠安县二十五都镇安铺；民国时属惠安县青山乡锦溪保。[1]

新中国成立初，此地先归第四区和第五区；1952年起，分属第六区的锦溪乡和东园区的锦钟乡。1958年，上游人民公社下设上塘生产大队。1985年，这里另设张坂乡的上塘村委会；此后乡改为镇，本村随之划入镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年10月，上塘村列入当年的淘宝村名单；2022年10月，又列入「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]

2023年12月，本村被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，产业是雕刻工艺。2024年10月，本村又列为「泉州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」。[1]
