上塘村是遂溪县北坡镇的行政村，1980年从赵屋大队分出而立，2026年1月进入广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
上塘的前身是1980年的上塘大队：这一年原赵屋大队拆成新屋、赵屋、上塘三个大队[1]。1983年建乡，之后作村委会、管理区，1999年定为村民委员会[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村中有上塘村。2023年5月，村内的黄村和上塘村被评为2022年广东省卫生村；2021年1月，上塘村进入湛江市2020年度文明村和先进文明村名单；2019年9月列入2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
