历史沿革[edit]
1953年设林利乡，1958年分乡后设利屋大队，同年改设利屋管理区，1999年设立村委会，沿用至今。[1]

全村总面积8平方千米，山林1500亩，水田1411亩，旱地430亩；村民小组9个。[1]

扒龙船的历史可追溯到清代，1928年村中曾造一艘能坐70余名划手的长龙舟。端午节时，本村与相邻的北惯村有传统的龙舟竞渡。[3][2]
