坑头社区是泉州市鲤城区金龙街道下辖的社区，处于紫帽山北麓，东面是亭店社区，西面连着下店社区，北面是赤土社区[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1961年体制下放期间，社区以坑头自然村的村名为名[1]。

1984年起称坑头村委会；2003年由村改为社区，居委会名为坑头社区居民委员会[1]。

姓氏宗族[edit]

社区旧属晋江县管辖，以陈姓为主。陈氏先祖定居繁衍，至今已有500多年[2]。
