长坑村在岭路乡藤山片，距乡政府25公里，平均海拔800米，村名得自一条古代的山间驿道。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名得自古代穿过此地的山涧驿道。该驿道长达数十公里，一头通永泰，另一头到莆田。[1]

1984年改设为岭路乡长坑村委会，1961年时为岭路人民公社的长坑生产大队。清代此地属中和乡元铺里十二都。[1]

传统村落[edit]

长坑村于2016年5月被列入「第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村」。[1]

2017年8月，长坑村列入「福建省第二批省级传统村落」名录。[1]

2019年6月，长坑村列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录，并被评为国家级传统村落。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村子东面与七斗村接壤，南面与莆田交界，西面与云山村毗邻，北面与葛岭镇溪洋村相邻。全村面积20平方千米。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年6月，长坑村列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

2024年12月，长坑村获认定为「福州市2024年市级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为竹荪。[1]
