灵江村是佗城镇的行政村，村中雷江河自灵岩经灵江汇入东江，村名由此而来。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
村名取自村中的河：雷江河从灵岩流经灵江，注入东江。1953年属灵江乡；1957年撤乡，改称灵江管理区；其后依次为大队（1963年）、乡（1984年）和村委会（1987年），1989年又称管理区，1999年定为村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年4月，灵江村被评为龙川县2020年度文明村镇；2026年3月，被认定为“百千万工程”典型村镇，属广东省第三批。[1]
