叶布村是佗城镇的行政村，原属四甲，村内有1956年建的叶布革命烈士纪念碑。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
村名的说法有二：一说村庄多，像树叶一样散布四周，又是“四甲”的一部分；另有传说称，村名起于半边天撕旗袍的故事。[1]1953年属四甲乡，1957年归四甲管区，1963年成叶布大队，1984年与三印、东坑再合并为四甲乡，1986年设村委会，1989年称四甲叶布管区，1999年成立村民委员会。[1]
荣誉与纪念碑[edit]
2021年4月，叶布村被评为龙川县2020年度文明村镇；2019年入选广东省卫生村名录，并列入2018年度广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位。[1]
叶布革命烈士纪念碑在村中山坡上，建于1956年，正方形底座边长2.5米，砖砌四棱柱形碑身，外抹水泥，上小下大，顶部呈尖形。[1]
