名称与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，古时「洋门」称作「良民」，意为居民善良；当地方言里两词读音相近，渐成「洋门」。[1]晚近的一次变更是1999年4月复称洋门村委会；此前依次为1989年9月改作洋门管理区，1987年4月称洋门村，1984至1987年称洋门乡，1958至1984年为洋门大队，原称洋门堡。[1]

洋门三眼桥建于明代，在洋门村，是兴宁市县级文物保护单位。[2]
