名称与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，最早在这里定居的是李姓一家，后来繁衍开拓，村名由此而来。[1]晚近的一次变更是1999年改称李塘村委会；此前依次为1986年后为李塘管理区，1963至1986年称李塘乡，1950至1957年为李塘大队，1949年为李塘村农会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 名列广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，名单2019年9月公布。[1]
