双龙村是黄槐镇下辖的行政村，旧名“高松树下”，1950年前后又称双头村。[1]
地名由来与沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所记，宋朝末年此地有两人应乡试，都考了头名，旧名“高松树下”即与此事有关。[1]
1950年的名称是双头村；1958年并入双下大队，1975年脱离出来，成为双龙大队。1984至1986年同双下合为一乡；此后1989年成立双龙管理区，1999年起设村委会。[1]
双龙村见于2019年9月公布的广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建名单（2018年度）；2026年3月公布的广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇名单里也有它。[1]
