新塘村是广东省梅州市梅县区梅南镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府所在的新塘圩一带，2026年3月被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子坐落在新塘圩，故以新塘为名。[1]
明代隶程乡县万安都，清代隶嘉应州龙文堡。1912年后属梅县龙文堡，后分属第八、第九区和第二区龙文乡；1950年划归梅南区，1956年隶梅南乡，1958年入梅南人民公社，1987年设新塘管理区，1999年改称新塘村委会。[1]
