汤湖村是梅县区大坪镇所辖的行政村，村中有温泉，2017年被评为广东省卫生村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据老人口传，约在宋代，村中心石缝里不断涌出热水，冬天附近村民在出水处挖了两个小湖，晚上用来洗澡，当地把洗温泉叫作“洗汤”，村名由此成为汤湖。[1]
荣誉[edit]
汤湖村于2017年10月由省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「第一批广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
