凤山村是迳口镇下辖的行政村，村委会驻地在凤山，村名由此而来；1998年撤销凤山管理区，设凤山村民委员会。[1] 村委会辖区面积7平方千米，耕地5795亩，水田2250亩，下辖15个自然村，398户1423人（据博雅地名网所载村情，约2008年数据）。[1]

村民委员会设于1998年。更早的建制依次是：管理区（1987年）、乡（1986年）、大队（1958年）。[1]
经济[edit]
人均收入约4600元、集体收入1.8万元（均为2008年）；主导产业为柑桔、香蕉种植和禽畜、水产养殖。[1] 2019年9月，凤山村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年12月获2021年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
