乾坡村是高州市潭头镇的行政村，村子坐落在鉴江上游西岸的旱坡地上[1][2]。全村总面积7.8平方千米，在册人口4130人（百度百科所载，未注明年份）[2]。

村处鉴江上游西岸一块缺水的旱坡地，原名干坡，后来改用较好听的「乾坡」二字[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1960年至1962年下放体制时，分为学店、乾坡、龙塘三个大队，1963年后三者并为乾坡大队；到1983年称乾坡乡，1986年起为乾坡农村管理区，1999年起为乾坡村民委员会[1]。

经济[edit]

主要经济作物为荔枝、龙眼和香蕉，据百度百科，近年村里推广稻田养小龙虾的「稻虾共作」模式，设有新时代文明实践站[2]。
