博雅地名网载，全村503户、1673人，总面积1880亩，其中耕地1650亩；村道已全部硬化，土地较肥沃，农户种植经济作物。村委会曾办有一间造纸厂，后来出租。[1]
沿革[edit]
1958年设横眉生产大队，1984年改名横眉乡，1986年改为村民委员会，1988年称管理区，此后在1998年10月经恩平市人民政府批准，正式定名为横眉村民委员会。[1]
