历史沿革[edit]
明清时期，广建、凤岭、瑶村、宅（泽）布、松围、龙湾、新田等村属景顺乡；民国时期属二区民安乡[3]。1958年成立宅布大队，隶属高鹤县合水公社；1978年分出瑶村大队；1987年设宅布村委会[3]。2004年瑶村村委会并入宅布村委会，2005年随合水镇并入更合镇[3]。
地理与经济[edit]
村委会总面积约15平方千米，下辖8个村民小组；村情材料（未注明年份）记有545户、2112人，外来人口有453人；耕地1050亩，还有鱼塘300亩；村民种植粉葛、茄瓜、白瓜，鱼塘主要养罗非鱼，3个村民小组为全征地村庄，靠出租屋和外出务工为生[1][2]。
创建[edit]
2008年广建村被广东省评为卫生村；上宅村被佛山市评为文明村；上宅、广建二村被高明区评为“十好和谐村居”[2]。
