官山村是佛山市高明区更合镇西南部的行政村，所辖11个村小组都是革命老区村，其中塘面村在1948年发生过塘面墩战役[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
明清时期，官山村属景顺乡；中华人民共和国成立后设官山乡，1958年成立官山大队，隶属高鹤县合水公社；1987年设官山村民委员会，两年后改称官山管理区，2005年随合水镇并入更合镇[3]。
地理与人口[edit]
村委会总面积约16平方千米，耕地1906亩，林地18415亩，下辖运山头、塘面、古宅、芳洞、严田、角塘、官山、坑尾新村、坑尾旧村、塘湖、坪坑11个村小组；村情材料（未注明年份）记有756户，2700多人[1][2]。
革命老区与创建[edit]
1948年塘面墩战役期间，塘面村村民为部队献粮出力[2]。2012年角塘村创建为高明区文明卫生村，2018年创建为五好新农村。村情材料说明，村内道路、巷道、污水处理和供水管网仍待改造提升[2]。
