村下分上霍、下霍、西吴、北吴、西下、西上、东董、邓村、麦村九个自然村。村简介所记户籍人口2870人，常住人口4889人。[2]
经济[edit]
耕地共2382亩，其中水田1523亩；另有鱼塘888亩和林地138亩。以种植和养殖为主，村内有二十多家加工企业，包括食品厂和机械厂，雇用外来务工者三百多人。2009年农村经济总收入9256万元，农民人均收入8909元。[2]
董营村先后在2019年9月和2023年4月进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」与「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」两份创建单位名单。[1]
