后安村是汕头市潮南区胪岗镇南部大南山山区的行政村，与红场镇接壤。^[1] 2013年319户、2006人，耕地420亩，山地2250亩，村内没有工业。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

祖先原是义英村人，来此看守田地，搭寮住下，村称后英寮（又作后翁寮），后改作后安。^[2] 博雅地名网记其创村于清乾隆三年（1738年）；后来先后归上陇大队、上陇乡，1986年起单设后安村委会，其间一度并在上陇林管理区之下。^[2]

村民多务农。2003年后安小学建成，2004年完成农网改造，2008年铺设峡安路港头至后安、五丰段水泥路面，2010年开工饮水工程。^[1] 2023年4月，列入广东省乡村治理示范村创建名单（2022年度）。^[2]
