马战村在邓坊镇西北部，距镇政府约2.5公里，属半山区村，西、北两面与珠玑镇相邻，辖7个村民小组，277户1106人。[1]
地名由来[edit]
据说村庄一带曾有两军骑马交战，被追击的一方得胜，村名由此而来。[1]
地理与经济[edit]
全村总面积259.3公顷，其中耕地1278亩、林地63.6公顷，以黄烟为主导产业。2026年3月，它被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村在1950年代初设农会，归南雄县第二区；1956年入马战高级社。1958年和竹头坪合并，立马战大队，起初在黄坑公社，1961年随邓坊公社分设而划入。1983年设乡，1988年为管理区，1998年12月撤区建村。[1]
