海心村是广州市番禺区石楼镇下辖的行政村，位于海鸥岛北部，面积约15平方千米，分34个村民小组，有1765户、5452人，耕地7972亩^[1]。

地名由来与沿革[edit]

村址原是江中沙洲，当地人把宽阔的大江叫作「海」，沙洲在「海」中央，故称海心沙，后简称海心^[1]。相传明万历元年（1573年）在南北两面筑围开村；土改前后成立农会时定名海心，1987年起设村民委员会^[1]。

连接海鸥岛与岛外的海鸥大桥位于村内^[1]。村集体引进番石榴和木瓜，形成鱼塘养殖、农田种花的模式，并发展乡村生态旅游^[1]。2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单^[1]。
