历史沿革[edit]
据传北宋时由李、杜、叶、陈等姓开村，取名大山墩，后改名大山。1987年起设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
博雅地名网转录的村情资料（未注明年份）记载：村位于大石中心区，共709户，常住2469人，耕地15.9公顷，另有外来人口8550人；105国道通车后，大量土地被征用。2002年的数据：村下属各级工业产值2.5亿元，商业6685万元，集体纯收入568万元。[1]
