历史沿革[edit]
相传明弘治十三年（1500年），邻近谢村的乡民迁到这里，起名新村，又以溪流为名称新溪村、诜村。1987年起设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
博雅地名网转录的村情资料（未注明年份）记载：耕地648亩，人口1027人；有工业企业24家，工业总产值1.87亿元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 阿里研究院等机构发布的「2020年淘宝村」「2021年淘宝村」「2022年淘宝村」名单中均有该村。[1]
- 列入「2019年广东省卫生村」名录（2019年10月）。[1]
- 获认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」（2024年11月）。[1]
诜村庙诞在农历七月初九至十三，至今仍连续五晚演出粤剧。[2]
