小塘村是广州市白云区江高镇下辖的行政村。村在江高镇，广清高速公路从村中经过，东西两侧均有村区。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村前有一个小塘，最初叫宝塘村，后来改以小塘为名。小塘村建于清代，1949年以前由同高乡管辖；1958年至1984年称江村公社小塘大队；1985年起设小塘村委会。^[1]

村由小塘、廪过、柴埠里3个自然村组成，共8个经济社，面积3.5平方公里，耕地1750亩，人口5110人，另有外来人员2500人。^[1]

据博雅地名网转载的资料，小塘村2005年的工农业总收入为2.07亿元，比上年多1.8%，种养业、工业、服务业分别为1915万元、7155万元、11635万元；人均收入1.1万元。^[1]

小塘村2020年至2022年列入淘宝村名单；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。^[1]
