历史沿革[edit]
村地势低洼，河涌边多长簕蓼，村名因此得来。蓼江村建于清代，1949年以前属同高乡；1958年到1984年为江村人民公社的蓼江大队；1985年设蓼江村委会。[1]

村面积5437亩，其中耕地3587亩，下设13个经济社。农业人口2900人，非农业人口和外来人口合计约1000人。[1]

据博雅地名网转载的资料，村内有6公里道路、30亩村公园和2800平方米的广场，工农业年总收入7048万元，特色农产品是韭菜。[1]江高镇的概况介绍把蓼江韭菜列为本镇蔬菜种植的特色品种。[2]
