河口街道位于广东省云浮市云城区东部，总面积76.7平方千米，是云城区下辖的街道之一。街道名称来自辖区内南山河与一条原为云坑支流的小河交汇的地方。[1][4]

1994年4月，原河口镇改称河口街道，此前这里先后称河口乡、河元区、河口区。街道以石料建材产业为主，南药种植也有一定规模。[3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆五年（1740年）此地归东安县管辖，设有洞心堡。清同治年间增设太安堡，光绪二十三年（1897年）太安、洞心、初城三堡各自设立。[3]

民国后期，洞心、初城与夏洞合为洞城乡（1947年）。1950年此处建河口乡，1958年9月河口和都骑两地并为都骑乡，同年10月另设太阳升公社。[3]

1959年5月重设河口公社，1982年称河元公社，1983年4月分为河元、河口两区，1986年10月又改称河口镇。1994年4月，这里改隶云城区，并改名河口街道。[3]

地理环境[edit]

街道在云城区东部，总面积76.7平方千米。境内有国道324线经过，三茂铁路云腰支线也从辖区穿过，广梧高速公路横贯其间。[1][2][4]

街道名称的由来是：辖区位于南山河与一条原为云坑支流的小河交汇处，故称河口。[1]

人口[edit]

第七次全国人口普查结果显示街道人口为3.14万人。[1] 2026年4月发布的街道简介另给出户籍约2.6万人、常住约3.8万人、流动约1.4万人，两处的统计时点与口径不同。[4]

经济[edit]

石料建材是街道的主要产业，农业、工业、商贸三者同时发展。工业方面形成一条约8公里长的「石料建材走廊」。[2][4]

种植业以南药为主，并有蓝莓、番薯与脆蜜金桔等。[4]

街道曾被认定为「全国小城镇建设综合改革试点」和「广东省专业镇技术创新试点」，并被列为「云浮市中心镇」。[2]
