新圩社区是龙潭镇的社区，位于镇中心区，因处在龙潭圩内而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区1986年建立，2003年起定名为新圩社区民委员会，此后沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，社区列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；广东省爱卫会在2023年5月把「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予社区。[1]
