新圩村位于三乡镇南部，毗邻珠海市与坦洲镇，面积3平方千米，现辖8个村民小组。外来人口9000多人，户籍人口2500人。105国道和沙坦公路贯穿全村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1990年起，村里大力引进外资企业，统一开发工业区和商业区，此后成为三乡镇工商业发展的重点村。[1]

经济[edit]

村内的工业用地包括金湾工业园所在的第二工业区，此外还有中电工业园、新圩第一工业区和第三工业区。入驻企业70多家，其中规模企业11家，规模企业工业产值超过10亿元，在全镇17个村（居）中排第三位。[1]

村委会自建厂房40000多平方米，商铺16000多平方米。2012年，村集体税后收入达1200万元，村民年人均收入为15000多元。[1]

村委会为村民购买了城乡居民养老保险和基本医疗保险，符合年龄的老人每月领取735元以上的养老金。[1]

文化[edit]

村里的荣誉包括省级卫生村、先进妇代会、计划生育两无村，以及广东省特级档案室等。[1]
