新地村是广东省中山市黄圃镇下辖的行政村，位于黄圃镇南部，西江河流环绕其境，东隔江与新沙村相对，南与阜沙镇隔水相望。村域总面积约2.82平方千米。[1][2]

村名新地，取其为新开发的土地之意，村委会设于此而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据传清嘉庆初年（1796年至1803年）已有人在此定居，原先沙洲淤积于明中叶，明末已有人开垦。村内辖岗头涌、墟地、鳗埒、铺头华四个自然村。[2]

村委会直到1986年才设立，此前的1983年已有新地村之名。更早的1955年称新地乡，1962年由文明村分出一部分，设新地大队。[1]

博雅地名网称，全村有17个村民小组，外来人口约5000人，户籍人口则为5580人，统计年份未注明。村内有两所市一级幼儿园、一所省一级小学，以及黄圃镇中学。[2]

80、90年代，村里以加工粮食为主，「新地一粒米」一度畅销省内外。后来引进多家企业，村里以五金、家电为主，全村大小企业约73家。村集体经济纯收入在2013年为290万元；农民人均收入则为14598元。[2]

荣誉[edit]

新地村因脆肉罗非鱼入选「首批广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」（2020年8月公布）。2026年3月，村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
