杨屋村位于大岭山镇中心区南部，背靠马鞍山北麓，在镇人民政府驻地以南约6.5公里处[1][2]。村辖区面积约12.5平方千米，下辖9条自然村和14个村民小组，何、陈、姚、邱、谢为五大姓[1]。

莞长路由北向南穿过村境，杨朗公路自东向西横贯村中心区，龙大高速横跨东部，北部有龙大与常虎两条高速的出入口[1]。户籍1993户、6021人，外来人口约6万人[1]。

2023年，村组两级集体资产总额为76825万元，全年总收入8497万元，纯收入则是7310万元[1]。村内工厂企业有1651家，三小场所3496间，出租屋1478栋，产业包括五金、机械、家具、模具、塑胶、电子与印刷[1]。

设施与荣誉[edit]

村内建成马鞍山生态公园与杨屋文化广场；此外，老年人活动中心和新时代文明实践站也已启用，另有图书馆与10个村民活动中心[1]。村子获得「广东省卫生村」「东莞市文化建设标兵村」「东莞市文明村」「东莞市环境优美村」等称号，获批「东莞市美丽幸福村居」，并已出版村志[1]。
