杨屋村位于企石镇中心区，临东江而建，东面与企石村相连，北面隔江望博罗县元洲镇，西面与石排镇沙角村相邻，南面和莫屋村相接，辖区面积约0.67平方千米。[1]

本地常住人口613人，流动人口约1500人。村内厂房面积约5.7万平方米，其中集体厂房3.6万平方米，私人厂房2.1万平方米。2019年9月，村庄入选民主法治示范村名单；2020年至2022年，连续三年入选淘宝村名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，杨屋所在地设民主乡，归铁炉坑管辖；1958年9月设人民公社，隶属企石营部。1989年7月，杨屋从企石管理区中分出，设为杨屋管理区；到1999年7月，它改称杨屋村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

2007年，村里由承建者、投资商与村委会三方合作，筹资逾500万元，在新工业区建成一幢厂房兼宿舍，面积6000平方米。[1]
