松柏村在黎溪镇西部，由原高朋、松柏、围坪三村于2004年合并而成，是镇里人口较多的行政村之一。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村址早年为松柏乡，其后经过大队、乡政府、管理区等变化。1998年10月7日，松柏村委会得以重设。2004年12月6日，高朋、围坪两村委会并入松柏村委会。[1]

村名取自此地多松树、柏树。[1]

地理环境[edit]

松柏村东面和南面与黎新村相邻，西靠恒昌村，北面连接江口镇和大洞镇。乡道的水泥路面把原来的三个村贯通起来。[1]

经济[edit]

村里主产黑皮冬瓜和砂糖橘，木材和竹材资源丰富。[1]

2025年，村里的现代化养殖场项目被引进镇里；2026年的工作计划要求加快该项目落地建设。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2019年9月，松柏村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年12月，村里获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，下窝组获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
