历史沿革[edit]
1982年，扶桥大队一分为三，松柏、扶桥、信村各成一个大队；次年三者合并为扶桥乡，1987年2月又各设村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年定名松柏村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
